We kindly ask you to take a few minutes to read the rules and all the important information to ensure a comfortable stay in our property.
These are what make Casa di Lucy always special for those who experience it.
Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to access the property, to ensure peace and safety for everyone.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the cave — thank you for keeping it fresh and clean.
Parties or events are not allowed — the house is designed for moments of relaxation and tranquility.
Please keep your voice down and limit noise, especially between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., as the house is located in a historic center — this helps respect everyone’s rest.
In the bathroom, please dispose of only toilet paper in the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
Use the dedicated recycling bins — a small gesture that helps the environment.
Pets are not allowed — thank you for your understanding.
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. onwards, following the instructions that will be sent to you.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m.
It is mandatory to complete the online check-in by providing a valid identity document for each guest, regardless of age. During this process, you will also be asked to sign the digital version of the Tourist Rental Agreement, as required by law.
🌡️ Winter Heating
During the winter season, the central heating system maintains a minimum temperature of 19°C.
The maximum allowed temperature is 22°C, as required by law.
Tampering with the thermostat is strictly prohibited.
❄️ Air Conditioning Use
The minimum allowed temperature is 25°C, according to regulations.
The air conditioner must be used with the windows and the entrance door closed.
Air conditioning is available from June 15th to September 15th.
⛔ Safety Information
The house is equipped with both electronic and non-electronic safety devices.
It is strictly forbidden to tamper with or misuse these devices.
In case of damage, additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

House Rules to Follow During Your Stay
Important information for the use of the house’s services and its unique spaces
The indoor fireplace can be used during the winter season.
However, it is mandatory to follow these rules:
Use only the materials we provide: the firewood found in the courtyard and the fire starters located near the fireplace.
Do not throw any materials onto the fire, including water.
Always place the fire screen in front of the flames.
Never leave the fireplace lit and unattended for any reason.
Do not leave it burning overnight or when you are not at home.

The courtyard is for the exclusive use of guests included in the booking.
Please always respect quiet hours — consideration for our neighbors is very important to us.
It is forbidden to use indoor bath towels outside.
Do not leave personal belongings unattended in the courtyard. We are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items.
Staff may access the courtyard during the day for garden or hot tub maintenance.
Use of the outdoor fireplace follows the same rules as the indoor one. Always make sure it is completely extinguished after use.
Always lock the gate when you are not at home.

Turn the hot tub on and off only using the dedicated buttons (do not force switches or plugs).
Do not leave the hot tub running for long periods when not in use.
Do not add soaps, oils, foams, or bath salts — they can damage the filtration system.
Be careful not to block the jets or filters with towels or other objects.
💧 Hygiene and Safety
Enter the hot tub without makeup, creams, or hair products.
Do not use the hot tub after consuming alcohol or if you have health conditions for which use is not recommended (such as high/low blood pressure or pregnancy).
Children are not allowed to use the hot tub without adult supervision.
🕓 Hours and Respect
The hot tub is available 24/7.
Please keep voices low and respect quiet hours. Avoid splashing or making excessive noise.
🌿 After Use
Always switch off the system and cover the tub.
Do not empty or alter the water level.
Immediately report any issues or malfunctions.

The Exclusive Wellness Cave
This one-of-a-kind space welcomes you with its intimate, natural atmosphere — a rare retreat where time seems to slow down and every detail invites deep relaxation and well-being. Please treat it with care and respect by following all the provided guidelines.
Inside this enchanting cave, the air remains pleasantly warm in winter thanks to gentle radiator heating, and naturally cool during summer. The humidity, though present, regulates itself naturally without ever becoming uncomfortable, reflecting the cave’s perfect natural balance. You may hear subtle natural sounds, such as water droplets or faint echoes — part of the authentic atmosphere that makes this space so special. The surrounding silence creates a deep sense of peace, allowing you to relax and reconnect in perfect harmony with nature.
To fully enjoy this unique place safely and serenely, please follow these simple rules:
When not inside the cave, always keep the entrance door closed.
Do not touch or apply pressure to the cave walls or materials.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
Do not leave towels inside when you are not present, and never place them on the floor.
Do not enter the cave with shoes — please use slippers instead.
With prior notice, staff may access the cave for maintenance.


The Hot Tub

The tub is for a maximum of two people.
Do not use soaps, detergents, or oils of any kind.
Fill the tub only until the air jets are fully covered — not higher, as the water will overflow once you enter.
Be careful — the surfaces may be slippery.
After use, turn off and empty the tub completely.


The Infrared Sauna

The sauna is for a maximum of two people.
Do not bring wet towels or any liquids inside.
Do not stay in the sauna for more than 10–15 minutes at a time.
Always turn off the sauna after use.
The sauna door must remain closed at all times.


Safety Rules
For safe and mindful use of the sauna and hot tub, it is essential to follow the guidelines below:
The use of the sauna is strictly prohibited for pregnant women or anyone suffering from inflammations, fever, contagious diseases, bleeding, intoxication, heart conditions, hypertension, diabetes, or other serious illnesses.
Children are not allowed to use the sauna.
Do not consume alcohol or drugs before or during use of the sauna or hot tub.
Avoid use in cases of extreme fatigue.
Do not splash water on the sauna’s infrared heaters or electrical components.
Do not use soaps or similar substances in either the sauna or the hot tub.
Drink water before and after your sauna session to prevent dehydration.
Do not stay in the sauna for more than 10–15 minutes at a time.
Always turn off the sauna and hot tub after use.
Keep the sauna door closed at all times.
Staff may periodically access the wellness cave for maintenance, with prior notice to guests.
